General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective as of 13 July 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern purchases made in the United Soloists Orchestra online shop at uso.swiss. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and fully accepted these GTC. The Italian version is authoritative.

2. Products and pre-order model
The products offered are apparel items (t-shirts and hoodies) based on Stanley/Stella garments in certified organic cotton, customised with United Soloists Orchestra artwork.
Sales are made on a pre-order basis: the pre-order window closes on 20 July 2026. After the window closes, the items go into production and are printed in exactly the quantities ordered.
Delivery is estimated at 3–4 weeks from the start of production. Delivery times are indicative and not of the essence.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Pre-order prices are valid exclusively during the pre-order window.
Payment is made in advance through the secure Stripe platform (credit/debit card, TWINT and other methods available at checkout). The order is confirmed only once payment has been completed.
Quantity discounts, bundles and promotions are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
4. Shipping
For this pre-order, shipping is available to Switzerland only. Once the shop opens permanently, shipping to other countries will become available.
Shipping costs: 5.00 CHF for a single t-shirt; 7.50 CHF for orders with several items or a hoodie; free shipping on orders over 100.00 CHF.
5. Returns, exchanges and refunds
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges or refunds for wrong size choices or change of mind are not accepted.
As the products are printed to order in the exact quantities requested, customers are strongly advised to check the size guide published on every product page before completing their order.
The only exception is a defective product or an item different from the one ordered: in that case the customer must contact office@uso.swiss within 14 days of receipt, attaching photos of the product; we will replace the item.
6. Product characteristics
Product images are as faithful as possible. Slight variations in colour or print rendering compared to on-screen images are possible and do not constitute a defect.
Care instructions: wash at 30° with similar colours, wash and iron inside out, do not iron on the print.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lugano, Switzerland have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
