General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective as of 23 September 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern purchases made in the United Soloists Orchestra online shop at uso.swiss. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and fully accepted these GTC. The Italian version is authoritative.
1. Seller

2. Products
The products offered are Stanley/Stella t-shirts in certified organic cotton, customised with United Soloists Orchestra artwork (also in a version signed by the orchestra), and bags.
All products are in stock at the time of the order.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are those shown on the product page at the time of the order.
Payment is made in advance through the secure Stripe platform (credit/debit card, TWINT and other methods available at checkout). The order is confirmed only once payment has been received.
4. Delivery and pickup
When ordering, the customer chooses between two delivery methods.
Shipping: by Swiss Post, within Switzerland only, at 7.50 CHF per order. Orders are normally shipped within a few working days; delivery times are indicative and not of the essence.
Pickup at a concert: free. The customer chooses one of the United Soloists Orchestra concerts offered and collects the order at the merchandise desk, giving their name. If the customer cannot attend, they contact office@uso.swiss before the concert to arrange an alternative.
5. Returns, exchanges and refunds
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges or refunds for wrong size choices or change of mind are not accepted.
Customers are strongly advised to check the size guide published on every product page before completing their order.
The only exception is a defective product or an item different from the one ordered: in that case the customer must contact office@uso.swiss within 14 days of receipt, attaching photos of the product; we will replace the item.
6. Product characteristics
Product images are as faithful as possible. Slight variations in colour or print rendering compared to on-screen images are possible and do not constitute a defect.
Care instructions: wash at 30° with similar colours, wash and iron inside out, do not iron on the print.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Lugano, Switzerland have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
