Valeria Vecerina

Valeria Vecerina, violinist at United Soloists Orchestra, earned 110 e lode at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi di Como.

She began violin studies at five and later worked with several teachers, including concertist Davide Alogna. She completed her studies at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi di Como in 2021 under Enrico Casazza. Her training also includes academies such as the Accademia di Alto Perfezionamento dei Musici di Parma with Stefano Pagliani, Imola’s Incontri col Maestro, the Fondazione Scuola di Musica di Fiesole with Oleksandr Semchuck and Ksenia Milas, and the Stauffer Center for Strings with Salvatore Accardo; she also took part in summer masterclasses in 2021 and 2022 at the Accademia Chigiana di Siena. She has attended masterclasses with Francesco Manara, Ilya Grubert, Shlomo Mintz, and Leonidas Kavakos.

Her performance highlights include appearing in 2022 at the Royal Albert Hall (Elgar Room) following the Grand Prize Virtuoso, performing as a soloist for MiAmor 2019 at Palazzina Liberty in Milan, and playing in 2023 for the Fondazione Società dei Concerti in Milan. She has also collaborated with SJSO under Modestas Pitrenas.

Bringing this blend of rigorous conservatory training and intensive academy experience, Vecerina contributes a focused, versatile violin voice to USO’s crossover repertoire.
