Ana Cristina Molina Aponte is a French horn player and teacher, active in Switzerland and internationally, holding a Master of Arts in Music Performance.
She completed both her Master of Arts in Music Performance and her Master in Musical Pedagogy at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano. She teaches horn at the SMUS – Scuola di Musica del Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana.
Her orchestral experience includes collaborations with the Sinfonieorchester Liechtenstein, Firdaus Orchestra, the Filarmónica Joven de Colombia, the Orchestra Iberacademy and the Orchestra Filarmonica di Medellín, alongside international projects in Vienna and Geneva.
Complementing her performance work, she has attended masterclasses with distinguished horn players including Radovan Vlatkovic, Will Sanders and André Cazalet, bringing both technical depth and pedagogical clarity to USO’s crossover repertoire.
