Violinista
Alessandro Barcelli brings conductor-free orchestral experience and solid training, from Conservatorio di Trento to Ghent, to his violin role at USO.
Alessandro Barcelli is a violinist at United Soloists Orchestra, with training that spans studies from Klaus Manfrini and Andrea Ferroni to the direction of M° Alessandro Moccia.
He began violin studies with Klaus Manfrini and Andrea Ferroni, continuing with Irene Troi and Aldo Campagnari. In 2020 he earned an academic diploma (first level) at the Conservatorio di Musica “F. A. Bonporti” in Trento, in Myriam Dal Don’s class. In 2021 he was admitted to the Royal Conservatoire of Ghent, where he completed a Master of Arts in Music Performance under M° Alessandro Moccia, with further development guided by Felice Cusano.
Barcelli has performed at venues including the Auditorium Haydn in Bolzano, the Sala Mahler in Dobbiaco, the Cortile d’Onore of Palazzo Ducale in Urbino, the Mantova Chamber Music Festival “Trame Sonore”, and the “Internationale Nikolaus Harnoncourt Tage” in St. Georgen im Attergau. Through the Conservatorio di Trento, he has also joined as an extra musician for Haydn Orchestra productions under Juraj Valčuha.
For USO’s crossover work, his experience across youth symphonic ensembles and orchestral repertoire—up to performances with Colibrì Ensemble without a conductor—brings a flexible, communicative approach to collaboration.
