Clementina Françoise Elsa Valente is a violinist with United Soloists Orchestra; her training includes a graduation from the Conservatorio Statale di Musica "A. Vivaldi" in Alessandria under the guidance of Marcello Bianchi.
She began the violin at age five with the Suzuki method. At the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana, she earned a Master of Arts in Music Performance in Alessandro Moccia's class, and later completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Orchestral Studies. Her studies also include the Accademia di Musica in Pinerolo with Dora Schwarzberg and the Accademia Perosi in Biella with Roberto Ranfaldi, as well as a three-year diploma at the Accademia di Musica Sacra Antica di San Rocco in Alessandria.
Valente has performed with professional orchestras including the Filarmonica del Teatro Regio di Torino, the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, and the Orchestra Filarmonica di Torino. She has taken part in the "Professione Orchestra 2018" project of the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI through masterclasses and courses with artists such as Roberto Ranfaldi, Christophe Coin, and Ilya Grubert. Recent highlights include concerts in venues such as the Tonhalle Maag in Zürich and the Royal Opera House in Muscat, and chamber music engagements, including performances in Cremona's Auditorium Giovanni Arvedi and a recording with a string quartet.
Within USO's crossover approach, she brings a strong blend of orchestral focus and chamber sensitivity.
