Secondo clarinetto e clarinetto basso
Nadia Bortolamedi, clarinet soloist trained in Trento, is a prize-winning orchestral and chamber musician with a deep line-up of international collaborations.
Nadia Bortolamedi, clarinet at USO, brings a foundation of clarinet studies completed with highest marks and honours at the Conservatorio “F.A. Bonporti” di Trento.
Her training was shaped by Mauro Pedron and Lorenzo Guzzoni (clarinet), and later by Giancarlo Guarino for chamber music.
Early on, she won a Conservatory competition to perform as soloist with the regional orchestra Haydn of Bolzano and Trento, and has since collaborated as a soloist with regional and national ensembles, including the Colibrì Ensemble of Pescara (performing Debussy’s Rapsody without a conductor).
An intense orchestral career has led her to work with major orchestras and conductors, and to play with international soloists including Martha Argerich and Placido Domingo. Alongside orchestral playing, she pursues chamber music in duo through expanded ensemble settings.
