Biography

Clementina Françoise Elsa Valente, born in 1998 in Nice, France, began the study of the violin at the age of five, with the Suzuki method. At the age of ten, she entered the Conservatorio Statale di Musica "A. Vivaldi" in Alessandria (Italy) where, on 10 July 2017, she graduated under the guidance of Marcello Bianchi. In 2016, she obtained the Diploma di Maturità Scientifica at the Liceo Scientifico Statale "F. Vercelli" in Asti, with a score of 96/100.  In 2021, she obtained the Master of Arts in Music Performance at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Alessandro Moccia's class, and in 2022 the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Orchestral Studies. In 2021, she was suitable for the violin tutti position after the audition at the Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears. She has taken part in masterclasses and courses with Roberto Ranfaldi, as part of the “Professione Orchestra 2018” project of the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI, with Marco Rizzi, Christophe Coin, Ilya Grubert, Mario Peris Salom, the Ensemble Lorenzo Perosi, Maria Caterina Carlini, Davide Alogna. She collaborated with several professional orchestras such as the Filarmonica del Teatro Regio di Torino, the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, the Orchestra Filarmonica di Torino, and youth orchestras, such as the the Orchestra Talenti Musicali della Fondazione TRT. She also played in many important concert halls around the world, such as the Auditorium Giovanni Agnelli in Torino, Italy; the Royal Opera House in Muscat, Oman; the LAC - Sala Teatro in Lugano, Switzerland; the Tonhalle Maag in Zürich, Switzerland; the Maraya Concert Hall in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia. She also has experience in chamber music, especially as part of a string quartet. With this ensemble she took part in several concerts in many Italian cities (one among all Cremona, in the prestigious Auditorium Giovanni Arvedi in the Museo del Violino), masterclasses (in particular with the Quartetto di Cremona) and a recording. She studied at the Accademia di Musica in Pinerolo in the class of Dora Schwarzberg and at the Accademia Perosi in Biella with Roberto Ranfaldi. In addition, since 2018, she has attended the "Obiettivo Orchestra" course held by the first parts of the Orchestra Filarmonica del Teatro Regio di Torino at the Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale in Saluzzo, resulting, after the final audition, eligible in 2020. She received the G. and D. Ivaldi Scholarship of the Municipality of Alessandriao for the best string instrumentalists of the "Vivaldi" in 2017 and in the same years he take part in a violin kermesse involving the four best Piedmontese violing raduates, organized by the Orchestra Giovanile del Piemonte. In 2016 she obtained a three-year diploma at the Accademia di Musica Sacra Antica di San Rocco in Alessandria under the guidance of Marcello Bianchia nd Daniela Demicheli in the section of ensemble music and orchestralt raining for harpsichord and string instruments.
